Yeh looks good, the fact he has all the paperwork and wants to meet at a jewellers is good so you can verify then pay, brilliant. Price at the moment is good too

Looks ok you could try to phone the dealer who sold it pre owned last time to confirm that it was sold by them. Then meet at an AD to get it checked
