Icon10 It was a Very Good Year

for me. I purchased three Rolex Oyster Quartz models. A 17013. That's the 18 k YG and Stainless date. A 17014, also a date with same bracelet design as the gold and stainless 17013. The 17014 has a 18 k WG bezel and SS completes the rest. My last OQ purchase was a 19019 day-date in 18 k WG. I'm posting this article on the vintage board. If I'm correct no-one will throw stones. Why vintage? The last OQ was produced in 2001 and last advertised in the Rolex catalog in 2003. Vintage anyone. My 19019 dates approximately 1979-1980. The date only models are from the mid to late 1980's. I'm happy to say all three are running just fine.
