I really am enjoying mine as well. Picked up a grey dial from a seller in Canada off ebay last week. Currently have an extra sub crystal in some acetone to loosen the cyclops so I can install that on the crystal.
My only complaint is that I wish there was 1 extra micro adjustment point on the clasp. Remove a link and put it on the outer most and it can get just a smidge too tight when it's warm (like it has been in Boston the last few days). Add a link and put on the inner most adjustment and it is just a bit too loose when it's a bit cooler. Only gripe for me.
