Looks like it has had a recent polish, but looks pretty darn good IMO. Not LNIB, but very good condition. Is that a ding on the left lug at 6:00? Maybe a scratch on the left lug at 11:00, aside from that I can not see anything else. Hard to tell with the pics provided.

Timezone guidelines provide objective criteria for rating.

The watch appears in excellent condition for a pre-owned Rolex. Not many buyers are looking for scratched-up, late model Rolexes so having a mild polish is acceptable and normal. You will have many scratches on the watch in time if you are planning on wearing it.

If it is priced right, I don't see any issues. (As far as dings on the bezel or lugs, I didn't notice any in the pics you posted.)

I'd call it excellent condition if I were selling it

Looks very lightly worn for its age. Are those scratches on the bezel? At least it can be replaced with NOS if the buyer wants it closer to 'like new' in condition.

I agreed with "Excellent condition" suggestions. It is not MINT so please don't use "mint" when describing your watch for sale because with a loupe you will find lots of things associated with an already worn watch although it might look good to the naked eyes.

Rating?

8.9, 9.2, 9.4, 9.0, 9.0, with the judge from Alabang abstaining.

Watch looks to be in great condition! As for TRF standards that is a different story.

I'd give it 8 out of 10 if that helps.
