Stains on Submariner 5513 mk 2

Hi there, I am new to vintage rolex and the forum so i thought you would ask for some opinion and advice to rolex veterans out there on the forum.

I have a 5513 And it does have some marks or stain on the dial. I could not tell if it is a moisture stain or an oil stain. It can be seen depending on the angle and lights.

Is it a good ideal to have the clean? Is it possible? Or should I just leave it as it due to its nature of being a vintage and a matte dial

Many thanks in advance.

Leave it alone. Cleaning is out of the question. Perhaps someone knows of a competent watchmaker in Thailand to take a closer look. Very hard to ascertain the condition from a photo under the acrylic. Most importantly enjoy the watch it’s got. Such a great set of dial and hands. Don’t get consumed w a couple of small flaws when the overall package is really nice.
