If you have a 14060 its pretty easy because of the lug holes.

I use a Bergeon 6767-F.

The bracelet on a rolex is iconic and you pay alot for that. Traditionalists don't like it on a after market strap or the gap between case and strap and so on - but who should care about these things- I don't. From a stylistic standpoint of course a well made leather strap (brown or black) looks great on a impeccably well made rolex watch head - change it up - why not.

Much prefer leather/suede and bracelets not nearly as comfortable. Plus more unique on a strap as everyone wears them on bracelet that's why! Lastly for me they look much cooler on strap!! Since you asked...

No not on the quality strap as seen in the OP but at least one on this thread did - not that I dislike the gap created by most straps- to the contrary my post was quite clear- I like the look of a strap on a rolex yours included. Now having said that I must say a steel datejust with/without white gold bezel on the OP strap would be a more appropriate pairing while the sub lends itself to a slightly more rustic strap when it's bracelet is removed (IMO) but a great look for you nonetheless.
