Just wondering if anyone already have or plan to own both the all-black GMTc and the new Blue/Black as well? Too similar, or?

I have the black GMT Master ref 16700 and am in the proceeds of purchasing the new GMT II c ss/gold. They have very different looks

Either one of the ceramics, too similar for both....unless you have a completely disposable $8-9k laying around with nothing at all you seem to like.
In some pics you can hardly tell it's a BLNR, but you know, whatever makes you happy.

Some like having different variations of the same model, some like more variety, not quite sure but I bet there will be some that have both and when the ceramic coke version comes along these guys will add it to the stable to have a nice trio.

If I had more money to spend on watches, then I would say no. But based on what I have and how long it takes me to save for a new watch, I say yes too similar.

I actually got a call from my AD to try one and didn't pick it up, £5950 vs £4000 for a good condition used black bezel seemed crazy.

Very similar, but I love the blue and this new one really caught my eye when I saw it in Baselworld earlier this year.

I have the black and I really like the blue, but just too similar for me. If I had to choose one it would certainly be the black. Love the GMTc.
