What do you keep your Rolex in
I'm looking for new box to keep my watches, its starting to get a bit cramped with my collection growing. I'm looking for ideas. I noticed someone posted a leather type folder, which look like it can hold a lot of watches. Any way lets see what everyone uses. This one I ordered(the Gentle jewlery case) I looks ok to hold and travel, to bad the Oakleys are almost impossible to find but they only hold 1 watch.

Hi, I had posted on this before elsewhere and for anyone who saw that they might think Zzzzzzzz when they see me reiterate what I had originally said.
I feel that I have to post this, though, because I actually spend a little over a year, weekly, looking around on both the internet and in stores for the best quality watch storage box. If you don’t mind purchasing from here in the UK I strongly recommend you take a look at Hillwood (UK) Ltd www.hillwood.co.uk They produce a ‘Camphor Burl’ range, which is categorically the best I’ve seen on the market – I own the ‘6’ version http://www.hillwood.co.uk/Watch-Boxe...-Box-p200.html You really won’t be disappointed. |

I just have two watches, one's on my wrist the other in a Wempe travel case. I also have an Oakley case for another to throw in when I switch to my G-shock for the gym.
These stay with me where ever I travel to. |

To add, you can convert just about any sunglass case that has a zipper into a watch case by just adding the the two pieces of foam top and bottom. I also like this set up better than the Oakley as the watch is more secure and sits more normal.

Ranier watch box from Germany. Recommended from this forum. I have the 20, and I could not recommend it enough
Here is his info. I cannot say for certain that he is still supplying the boxes, but they are nice if you can get your hands on one. http://www.network54.com/Forum/35339...ainerMunich%29

All my watches are in a spare draw under where I keep my socks, cannot see any point in buying a special anything to put watches in when most home have spare draw space somewhere.

I think most TRF'ers are quite obsessive when it comes to their watches and looking after them storage-wise. Separately, though, I'm pretty sure even non-wis's who have watches will have somewhere specific they'll keep them. If you own a handful of watches which equate to thousands of pounds I know I'd prefer to house them in something that costs just a few hundred quid. |

If I travel, I use a sock. I don't get why you'd want people to know that you have a prized collection should someone open your luggage.

In my gun safe. Might have one in my nightstand while asleep, right next to my Sig P220, C2 Taser, knife, and flashlight.
