Explorer II...

I had posted a very low quality photo of my collection a few nights ago...didn't do any of the pieces justice. This is my newest: What a little sunlight will do!

Why is your orange hand pointing at 56minute marker when time is 16:29 ??? Looks like you have a movement issue there

The orange hand is a GMT hand read on the bezel. Since the time is 4:30, the orange hand should be right in between 2 markers when read on the bezel, in this case 22 and 23.

The orange hand will be slightly pass 56th minute when the minute hand strikes 30.

The Orange 24 Hr. hand is pointing to 22:29:29 - it is read with the bezel - not the chapter ring.

There is nothing amiss.

OP: Congrats!

Wear it in good health. I love mine, proportions are perfect, does not look or feel boxy, size is just right for my wrist which is little over 7.5" it's funny folks comment on how large the hands are, but I have an IWC pilot chrono and PAM 24 sub with larger hands. IMO it's Rolex best new model.

I know it's a little weird, but I love to watch my Explorer pop and sparkle in the sunshine!
