PLEASE name a titanium bracelet watch

Hi guys

I’m trying to find a watch in titanium including a titanium bracelet.. I just cannot find one that I like.

It’s surprisingly difficult!

Panerai, omega, zenith, bulgari and hublot I’ve either had or don’t sit with me right now.

JLC I like as a brand, but the diver doesn’t work for me...

AP I love the RO but the offshore is a little big. And in the RO it’s only like the QE2 edition but my mate has a very similar one so rather not have the same...

Grand Seiko I want to like but can’t bring myself to pull the trigger...

(For reference the collection at the moment is ‘86 ND Sub, yachtmaster steel/plat, meteorite Daytona, VC overseas chrono)

If it’s below 10k I reckon I could go outright, if it’s 10-20 then I’ll sacrifice something.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

The Grand Seiko SBGA231 titanium diver is beautiful. I don't personally own it, but I would in a heartbeat, if funds (i.e., wife) permitted...

IMHO you are really missing out by not being able to pull the trigger on the Grand Seiko. Get past the name and grab a loop to look at the details. None of the other watches you listed even come close. The SBGA211 above would be an excellent place to start.

Thank you, defo a few there I had not thought of

Thinking so far..

GS snowflake
Iwc split min or straight aquatimer (as a divemaster these have some appeal)
GP split second

Not in that order...

Bulgari I reckon would wear really well but struggle to warm to it.. must try on

Breguet I would have preferred the normal bezel but nice watch

Pelagos is nice. A great watch but perhaps not different enough from my sub. At least in DNA.

Thanks again for the suggestions food for thought indeed

Yes, you really should judge fully once you’ve seen it and tried it on.

As for the Breguet, I thought the raised numerals on the bezel might have appealed due to the Yachtmaster you have.
If not, then perhaps the Type XX instead would be a preferred option — https://www.chrono24.com/breguet/typ...id10140179.htm

I have had the opportunity to try this on and it was incredible on the wrist. Thin and light and comfortable. Aside from thickness, The watch dimensions were on the larger side for me but overall my appreciation for this watch only went up when I put it on my wrist.

The bracelet & clasp were also incredibly comfortable and well built. . Fully collapsible bracelet unlike a 5711 or 15202 that are rigid to a point of breaking.

And yes I just compared this to those. I have had each of them, this fit better with a better clasp and thinner. The movement is very cool with the micro rotor and more interesting to me than either of those other two.

With a significantly better power reserve And the price is right.

+1

I am not a fan of non-circle watches but tried this one and was sold. It is featherlight with the bracelet. Love mine!

Also here is the Omega I like! You pay a premium for the metal and branding but...

I think you should go with one of the following three:

The bulgari
The Grand Seiko
or
A titanium royal oak

Breitling Aerospace!

It’s my go to outdoors watch. Light as a feather and pretty indestructible.
