Brushed my GMT master ii bracelet!

I really hated the polished center links of my gmt master.
I didn't like how shiny they were and how they attracted scratches and finger prints.
So I took it to a repair shop and had it brushed
Now it has a fully brushed oyster bracelet, just like the submariner.
Thoughts?

Great job, I like it much better, as it looks more tool-ish, as opposed to a blingy jewelry-ish look originally

The brushing looks quite coarse compared to the factory finish, but if you're happy then who cares?

The pictures don't do it justice
It looks exactly like the factory brushing in real life

If you like it, that is all that matters. It can be reversed if needed/desired.

Looks very good. Too me, that fits the looks of the watch better than PCLs.

I did the same thing years ago when the LN first came out. Now use that same bracelet on the Pepsi.

Looks great, enjoy it!

I prefer PCLs on the modern day 6 digit GMTs but that does look good.

Congrats! That looks great. Did you consider keeping the PCL bracelet and switching it to a glidelock bracelet? There are threads stating it is a direct swap.

The center link grain looks more coarse to me as well. I imagine over time with regular wear it could blend in more.

Takes guts, looks great. I used to prefer brushed but after all these years I’ve come to love the polished links too.
