IWC Portugieser Chrono on a small wrist?

Hi guys,

I love the Portugieser Chronograph '150 Years' but I have a 6" wrist.
Would the dial be too big for me?
I will always be wearing it with long sleeved shirts.

Thank you!

Don’t do it! I always admired this watch, eventually bought it, then sold it because it was too big on me. It wears big due to a thin bezel. I had the classic one, I will have to Google your model.

I have a 6.5 inch wrist.

Any interest in an Omega Speedmaster? The classic ones are smaller and wear smaller.

Is there a watch as amazing as this, similar style closer to 39mm for less than $10,000?

Wish it wasn’t true

I always got a charge out of it when I tried it on at dealers. But I wore it to work only a couple of times with a suit.

Sort of like when the shoes feel good in the shoe store, but not so good when you get home.

But your mileage may vary and you might like it. I wear 40mm Rolexes no problem, but I think that they wear smaller.

I love this watch but it is simply way too big for my girly wrists!! It wears EXTREMELY large!

I decided on the IWC Portofino and am absolutely smitten with it.

But Portofino is 42mm!
Are you sure it wears smaller than the Portugieser?

No, I decided on this because the chrono was just way too big on me.

40mm only.
