Insurance

Hi all

The value of my collection is now such that my home contents insurance no longer cuts the mustard. I’m sure this has been discussed many times before, but as the market moves on, I thought I’d ask what kind of deals you are currently getting.

So...

(1) What rough percentage of your watch value do you pay in annual insurance?

(2) Can anyone recommend any UK insurance companies?

Cheers.

I just schedule it on my HO insurance.

Though not ideal if there is a claim I have not taken the time to go thru and get it done with Jewlers Mutual. And I am not sure if JM even writes in the UK.

I just did an annual review in August. I am paying right around 1% through a rider on my home owners policy. I think there was a few deductible options ($100-$1000) maybe.

I'm in the States though.
