Icon20 Looking for a place to get ap ap straps

Hi all,

My offshore AP has a deployment buckle which I am not a big fan, I am looking for a website that has straps (both rubber and leather) with the tang buckle. I would appreciate any suggestion.

cheers

I just went to AP today to get a short strap for my girlfriend to wear my 26470OR, and its truly a disappointment. The short strap is even longer than my 26401RO short strap and the tip is sticking out so long. Though the hole fits my gf's wrist, im not sure it should be called "short" strap.

I am also looking for a "shorter" strap on APBANDS, but doesnt seem to have one that fits what I wanted.

I'm not that knowledgeable on this, but the 'short' is I think in reference to a male wrist. If your girlfriend is very slight, no it won't fit. Did AP not have a suggestion?

The short strap fits her perfectly with the most inner hole on the short strap, but this "short" strap is still very long and it's sticking out so much

AP SC Direct are very reasonable and similar in price to AP Bands and Horus so go there first. Esp for the GP strap with red edges, my fav strap of all time. I'd put this on my Rolex's if I could, would look amazing on a SD43.

FWIW, I've had nothing but exceptional service from APSC and my recommendation would always be to knock on their door first

Agreed. I really like the leather GP strap with red edging - more than I thought I would. Its not cheap but you do get what you pay for, and is a small price when one considers the watch value. I prefer it on my RG44 than the rubber strap. The only down side is its not as versatile when it comes to water.

You have to contact your local service centre/boutique directly via phone or email and they will respond with pricing etc

Check out HORUS straps. They have great looking rubber straps, and custom others.
Not pricey and a great look

This guy is the best (better than OEM. His English isn't great but I've had success with him in past. He uses metal ends like OEM for a flush fit. http://jacobstraps.com/

Does anyone happen to know what the retail price for a genuine hornback leather strap for a Safari is? My current strap is every slightly too short.

I've used him too and good quality and prices were good.
