Sinn Watches

This Sinn caught my eye. Anyone own this model. I like the clean simplicity of the dial.

I don't have one but that is a handsome watch. I really like Sinn and their designs...only a matter of time before one is in the collection.

I’ve always meant to add one , just never pulled the trigger . Great tool watches at their price point. Nice boutique in downtown Frankfurt when i visited a few years ago.

I think there is a gray face of that model also. I have a Sinn white pilot watch which I love . Will post a pic later.

Sinn Watches

Sinn are great watches. U1 Professional and EZM 1.1 are special models that are sure to increase in value.

I used to have one of the first-generation 556 models with the glossy black dial. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Things I liked were the simple, clean appearance, the all-satin finish on the case, and the amazingly deep, glossy blackness of the dial in the version I had.

The only nit for me was the shape of the crown-guards, whose squared corners and edges seemed a bit incongruent with other shapes in the design of the case.

I've owned several over the years, still own a couple...let's just say they failed to meet expectations on many fronts. Not a bad watch by any means but don't read too much into all their touted features. Treat them no worse than any other expensive watch.

Curious as to which models and the manner in which they let you down.
They are generally well respected, tested and proven, as field/tool watches.
I own/have owned, a 142, 156, 144 GMT and a pre tegimented U1 all of which, so far have been solid.

Less yellow pic. The face is bright white. No complaints!
