Explorer I 214270 in Hong Kong

If Anyone sees one in AD let me know please.
I'm in Hong Kong and been to numerous ADs and all of them told me there's waiting list for it.
Any trusted grey dealers I should try?

Thanks

Picked up mine from an AD in Central last Friday.
I am a regular customer from that AD so I was contacted quite soon as obviously no stock on display.
There are few on Queen's Road, Central.
Give it a try!
Happy hunting!

That Ref has really caught some traction lately. My best friend just got one and while I don't think I would have ever considered it before, after wearing it, I'll eventually be adding one to the collection.

There’s an AD in Wan Chai on Johnson Road that did have one in the window a while ago, but I doubt it’s still there. No one on Queens Road has anything. Grey dealers galore in CKE Mall in TST and nearby in Champagne Court.

Best thing is to look on C24 for the Exp and then filter the locations for HK so you can find and contact the dealer direct. A lot of these C24 grey dealers are located in hi rise towers and don’t have obvious shop type stores so you wouldn’t know they exist otherwise!

Just checked out Oriental and CTF on Queens Road - nothing sports except a YG Sky Dweller. The Wan Chai dealer has a GMT Master and Sub both in gold and that’s it. They did have a DSSD and a WG Daytona but a customer was already taking them!! Grey market might be the only option.

There are more than 50 Rolex ADs in HK. Go to rolex.com to find them and try some of the ones in northern Kowloon and the New T's, preferably not chain shops.

Before I flew to HK I have already checked on C24. But I have narrowed down to only few.

I've been to most of the Oriental, CTF, chow sang sang, emperor watch & jewellery and Dickson watch & jewellery. These shops are all in MK, TST or central.

The AD in the casino at Baha Mar (Nassau, Bahamas) had one in stock when I was there over New Year's. I considered pulling the trigger but decided not to (markets weren't being terribly kind!)

Looking back, I wish I had bought it. Price was 6,200 USD - no tax. Believe US pricing is 6,550.

So I was chatting with one of the better English speaking AD sales people and she told me that contrary to popular rumours the delivery supply frequency and quantity hasn’t really changed at all over the last 18 months. What has significantly changed is the numbers of people asking to be put on waiting lists. A year ago it might be 20 or so whereas now it’s over 100 - so the demand is outstripping supply by a very wide margin. And demand for the once largely avoided in HK - 214270 - is just as much as other sports models.

Cheers for your help, I just put my name on waiting in TKO chow tai fook AD.
I told him in here until 29th, if they can't deliver by then I will look at grey dealers

I saw one at a grey called Tze’s Collections near Causeway Bay with B&P for about HKD45,800 I think. It’s the Mark 1 dial though.

I’m assuming that was a typo? Or is the price really the equivalent of $61,450 USD in HK?

Cool - didn’t think to look there. It’s kind of tucked away a little so you were lucky. Wear it well.
