Authentic Patek?

I received this watch from my dad who had previously received it from his uncle. It is a Patek Philippe with '5539' on the back (see images). Could anyone please take a look and let me know the autenticity of this watch? I cannot find this particular Patek face online so am just a bit dubious.

A movement that runs for 15 years does not a real [insert any brand here] make.

If that is supposed to be a "5539" model PP, it is nowhere close. An internet search will (and does) prove that.

Google is good for quickly searching for watch and/or movement models. I have used it a lot for research and the amount of info out there is amazing.

Agree that people are being rude. OP posted to get info, not insults. Come on guys. I know we all have cabin fever, but this isn’t who we are...

If you think that this is a genuine watch then you got big problems rude? I think it’s an insult putting the watch up on here, it’s not even a good fake it’s junk, anyone can see that, look at the left subdial? The hands not even central, must have missed quality control.

It’s not elitism
It’s not rude
Facts are facts and people don’t like the truth.

90% or more of the threads on here are bin worthy.

“Dad’s sock drawer”
“Grandpa...”

This is the “watch out” section for those to learn what NOT to do
The scams and sumbags are rampant.

That’s what this forum is for - not ‘is this watch legit’ offerings from sock drawers of years gone by.

Sheesh
