FIRST PATEK--Will be here tomorrow!!!

As the title says, my first Patek will be here tomorrow!! I am over the moon with excitement, and it is not what you would expect as a first Patek, it's unique in that it has slightly different DNA. Looking forward to sharing with you all!

Alrighty, it’s time!! Absolutely stunning!!! I have admired this piece since it came out, and I am so excited to have finally bought it! It’s fun, it’s different than what I currently own, and it’s white gold! not too mention I have completed the holy trinity too which is awesome in its own right.

A couple questions:
1. The rotor is noisy!! Is that normal?
2. I noticed there is a speck on the dial underneath the 10. Would this bother you? Would they fix it? It’s very minor so I think it is fine, but I wanted to see others opinions (see last pic)

Sorry for the bad pics, hope you’re as excited as I am though. And thanks for looking; any advice on owning a Patek (my first!) is appreciated

Yup
Noisey is normal... It's quite a tonic case, being gold and roomy around the movement that otherwise found in steel and smaller cases

Looks like more specks at 2 and 7. No they should not be there. I would not worry them until service, unless under higher magnification it appears the dial finish is damaged in which case I would send in under warranty.

Thanks! the 2 and 7 were just dust on top of crystal. Only thing on dial is the little speck I circled- it looks like dust particle underneath. I think I will leave it since it is so minor, but I wanted to make sure I shouldn’t raise it now while under warranty

Hey rolexfanforlife, congratulations I have the 5524R and it's an amazing watch. Don't worry about the sound the same thing I hear in my PP 5990.

once again congrats and enjoy :)
