Enlarged/deformed lug holes and clicking sound from spring bars - fixable?

I understand that Patek spring bars for gold watches are made from gold. Despite that my relatively new 5172G has started making clicking sounds, indicating an issue with lug holes being too big. Is this something that Patek Service centers can fix with laser welding or somethingorrather?
