Crystal and gasket thickness for 16803
Hello everyone.
So I just became a proud owner of a blue dial 16803 that needs a little help to look its best. One of the issues is a nice scratch on the crystal along with a few chips along its perimeter. So I am obviously in need of a new one of those. As best as I can tell, I need the 25.295.C2 crystal and the 25.295.2 gasket. However, I can't find any definitive information on the thickness of each of these parts. Instead, there seems to be conflicting information on whether the crystal is supposed to be 1.8mm or 2.0mm thick, and whether the gasket is supposed to be 2.3mm, 2.5, or 2.7mm thick. If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be helpful. Also, on a somewhat related note, if anyone has a parts chart for the 16803 that would be greatly appreciated. I know there are many movement-related parts charts out there. But having a model-specific resource would be great also. Thanks Y |

If you buy a packaged oem 25.295.c2, it will come with the correct height 2 gasket that you need. Basically crystal code is 295c, and the 1, 2 or 3 afterwards denotes what crystal gasket comes with it.

Thanks for that. And that's something that I was aware of. I guess I'm just trying to make sense of the conflicting discussion on what really is the thicknesses involved.
