Looks good, I hope to see one next week when i visit on another possible purchase. It depends if the forced patina look is too heavy, at least theres no 007 on it.

I tried it on this past weekend, Nice, Light, well finished, love the Titanium bracelet. Faux patina is a little much. Main issue is the silly price, almost double a regular Seamaster.
Let see what it does on the secondary market in a year or so given its not a limited edition |

Tried it on with the nato today. It’s very nice. Exceptionally light but for me the patina is a little much. I think this definitely needs to be bought on the mesh however.
It’s just too expensive for me when the stock watch is so good and 3 grand cheaper. |

none have hit Canada yet, but with a delay in the movie release, I suddenly feel less urgency to see one...
will be interesting to see if Omega holds back to coincide with the official movie release

I've never owned an Omega, but I saw a billboard today for this watch and instantly fell in love with it. Absolutely love the military style, the milanese bracelet and the color dial. And of course the Bond association. My question is what do you think the price of these will be a couple years down the road? My initial thought on the price is that it's a bit pricey but could well be worth it based on the quality of movement, case, dial and bezel materials etc. Not having any experience with the Omega brand, is it possible it appreciates over time? I was also puzzled why they wouldn't make this a limited production piece? I guess they thought it would be a big hit and they could sell the crap out of it. Judging by a couple of the other comments, the best move would be to wait a year or so to see if it comes down in price?

I think with the delay in the release date of the new Bond move and the cost of this watch it is dead in the water. I like it and am interested but will not commit the funds for a purchase. In a year or two this watch will be available 6-6.5k pre-owned and with significant discounts from AD's on new ones. I will sit, wait and watch.

I believe they will sell, but after the initial "rush" of enthusiasts and Bond lovers, they will slow. I too will wait and get one when they hit 6-6.5 range to complement my Spectre 300. But, at 9200 plus tax US, its a no for me right now. Especially with having the current black iteration on Omega mesh now for less than half the price factoring in the cost of the Ploprof mesh. Anxious to see it in person soon. J |

Saw one on the NATO in Canada last week and was more impressed than I thought I would have been. Was a beautiful watch and wore quite "small" comparatively. The price, however, left a lot to be desired and, obviously, no discounts whatsoever.

Pretty amazing in person. Very comfortable and well balanced. Wears much thinner feel wise vs current smps with the display caseback. Pretty smitten with it, not for everyone but IMO a very solid release from them. The bracelet is a work of art.

Anybody get their hands on the new bond watch yet
I also got to try it at my local Omega Boutique as my contact there wanted me to see it (already sold). I love Ti watches and this model felt really nice on the wrist:
Think a ceramic bezel insert would had been a better choice though. Anyway too expensive so not happening, this one will remain as my SMP Ti for the time being

Hmm, an interesting watch. I haven’t seen the actual watch yet, but I’d be interested to try one on. I already have a titanium watch, and my suspicion is that this will wear very nicely.
So, I think I’ll like the titanium, and I think that the bracelet is a very original choice. I don’t like the faux aged lume. That’s been done to death now, and in a functional watch (which this is supposed to be) you really want bright white on matte black. I don’t particularly like the ‘007’ logo either. Fine on something you’re giving to a 7 year old, but not this. The other problem is the price. You’re paying a premium, partly for the titanium, but also for the rest of the tweaks. For that money you need to like everything. Bear in mind that, If you want style you can, for 2/3 of the price, get yourself the new green Aqua Terra. It just oozes understated elegance, the matched green alligator strap is pure class, yet the watch contains one of the most functional and rugged, yet at the same time gorgeous, movements that Omega have ever produced. There isn’t a compromise in the piece. Surely everything a true ‘Bond’ accessory should be! |

Beautiful watch......tried it on.........looked and felt great. At $9,200, however, I passed.
