Personally I could really go either way. I like the GMT more in my opinion, however the pure and plain black and steel looks pretty great as well and tends to stand out more with the tattoos which is also a good thing. I think my GMT vote more comes down more to bias to liking the watch than whether it matches the tattoos or not.

My left arm is pretty tattooed as well with a 3/4 sleeve which obviously doesn’t cover my wrist, and I have this debate with myself sometimes with my older GMT and my other 2. It just depends on how I’m feeling that day.

Your tattoos are amazing.
If I have to chose between to beautiful watches on your colorful wrist I would be inclined for the monochrome one. Aesthetically speaking, at least to my eyes, it makes the perfect match to a colorful wrist. “Background”.

The pepsi and the sub are both good on you, but i think the pepsi looks more sturning considering it's colour.

As I have both as well, but my wrist is not as colorful as yours, I would have to say the Sub has a muted presence, while the GMT adds to the color of the tattoos. Since the GMT is my favorite now, I will say the GMT.

I’ll be the dissenting voice here. I just can’t get into the lollipop colors of the “Pepsi” and will always favor the more monochromatic scheme of the original Sub. Plus the numeral size on the GMT bezel overpowers its original more classic design. It looks more Invicta than Rolex to me, but then I’m an old fart and didn’t grow up with the bling that younger buyers are now accustomed to. But beauty is always subjective and my opinion is just one mans...

The Sub

contrasts better with all your tattoo's color. If it was in the same position on your wrist as the GMT it would look even better with more of the red background.

Oof hard to say,
The Pepsi looks really good on your wrist and is super colourful with the background of the tats.
Sub is super clean, and looks awesome on the wrist.
