Impressive for $600 - Nodus Contrail SS

Gday Guys and Gals,

Well, I managed to spend some quality time with a new release from the well loved micro brand, Nodus.
In this review I take you through the watch, the finishing, the fit, and just how the watch performs in day to day use. As usual the video is filled with macros of the entire watch throughout.

So if you enjoy some macro things and are keen to check out something from a smaller brand, offering a nice tool watch, hit play below:

If you don't like video, that’s cool, here's a summary:
- Dimensions of 41mm x 13.3mm.
- Price is around $600 USD, however I think stocks are pretty limited.
- American brand, located in LA.
- Lug to lug of 47mm means that this watch sits nicely on the wrist and will suit a wide range of people, but those with wrists bigger than 6" will have a better time taming it.
- Up close finishing is pretty amazing for the $, and exceeded my expectations by some...
- On the wrist comfort is good, as is the bracelet, the clasp could be a little better. I switched over to a leather strap and that quickly became my preferred look.

Great watch overall, that should be a consideration for anyone looking at an all round sports watch, under $1k, and I know theres a lot of love out there for Halios, however my preference lies with this piece out of the two, especially for the price difference.

Have a great week, and as always hit me up if you have any questions.
