Thanks Rich. I probably should have said my order is in for "a" WG Daytona. It's not in yet. I was told it should only be a couple of weeks, hence the "can't wait".

As soon as I get it, I'll post the incoming.

I'm pretty sure this is an hybrid and not an official release from Rolex since it's shown on their website

quite a few dials aren't shown on the rolex site for these. Yellow gold with the old newman black/charcoal dial with gold sundials is EPIC.

That's a spectacular watch but color scheme for the sub dials should have matched the bezel color just like white gold variations do

That WG one is just killer. I personally like how the sub dials are filled in on the WG/YG/RG launch dials, a very cool contrast.

New dials on the 3 PM Oysterflex models are trickling in to ADs aside from the Basel 17 launch dials just as an FYI for those thinking some people are already doing dial swaps (they still might be!). The chocolate arabic dial on the RG model is becoming my second favorite.

Just got mine. I can't get it fit right. My wrist falls in a spot where it just won't fit right. Kind of sucks. Either the watch is not center on my wrist. Or the clasp is way off center.

The watch came with an E-F strap. I've tried D-F which is what Rolex recommends. It throws the clasp all the way to the side of my wrist. I use E-E which rolex does not recommend. The clasp is centered but the watch head is not centered. It's a bit off.

I'm a bit bummed but nothing I can do

Sorry to hear that, some pictures should be helpful. You'd be the first I've heard who couldn't get the Oysterflex to fit right after a combination of different strap lengths.

Here's the photo with the E-E straps on both sides. Clasp centered. Watch head is a bit off.

If I try D-F strap, the D is so small that it pulls the clasp way too far up my wrist. The clasp sits almost on the side of my hand.

So far I've spent $600 buying a D and an E strap and tried every single variation including settings inside the clasp.

If anyone has any ideas I'm happy to try it.

I am kinda having this issue also, went to AD and turns out my wrist is RIGHT on the cusp. I have the right straps according to measurement, but have it set on tightest pin and easylink closed to tighten usually. Next size down I would be on loosest pin setting and easylink open probably. My guess is you are on the cusp like me, though it looks worse in your case.

Kind of sucks after spending over $20k for a watch and not being able to get it fit right. There really isn't any other option I see possible.

Either I go original E-F and the watch is too big

I go D-F and the clasp is almost on the side of my wrist. Looks stupid.

I Stay E-E and the watch is not centered on my wrist but the clasp is center. This way seems to fit the best but isn't even mentioned on the Rolex Tape measure, therefor is not recommended by Rolex. And ultimately the watch head is a bit off.

FYI, I have a rose gold Daytona with bracelet and I can get that watch to fit perfectly.

This is an issue with the oysterflex. They need half sizing straps. Something between a D and an E

The WG is beautiful. I'm a little worried about the difficulty some members have finding a proper fit. I tried one on at the AD. It was way too large to gauge how a properly fitted watch would feel. I wonder if the fit improves as time passes and the band contours to the wrist assuming that it is pliable enough to actually do so.
