Quick question - are you allowed to upgrade those bushings to the jeweled ones?

There are no fitting jewels available for this movement. Maybe custom would be possible, but it's not necessary really, nor am I allowed to do such thing of course

I always find it so fascinating to see the internals spread out like that. Such tiny pieces, all working together, much like an orchestra. And even more impressive is being able to get it all back together and functioning! Hats off to you!
