18038 dial help
Hi all! I need help with this day date 18038.
My neighbor wants to sell me this watch so I’m trying to research as much as I can before I make an offer. The watch is from the 70s and has an aftermarket bezel and band. Does anyone know what this dial is called? What do you guys think about the watch and What would be a fair price for this watch? Thanks!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I bought a really good 18038 last week, super crisp bezel, minimal bracelet stretch, factory champagne diamond dial and serviced by Rolex for £11000.
Unless it’s cheap I wouldn’t buy it, a genuine fluted bezel will be £750, bracelet has very little value so around £6500 would be fair I think. |
