216570 White Dial - LHR

I’ve been looking for a Exp II white dial for a while, as most of my watches are black dials (mix it up a bit). Travelling through Heathrow today and asked the AD there whether they have an Exp II. She said “hang on, I’ll go and check - I think there’s one being delivered just a few hours ago”

The sales walked out with the white dial saying “I’m sorry if you’re after the black dial, as I’ve only got this one.”

20 mins later it was sized, stickers off, credit card swiped and I was on my way.

An interesting observation was that I was there for 20 mins, and there were at least 6 people came in to ask for explorer or explorer II!!

Congrats on your ExpII.
Here in US you can source ExpII pretty easy. One of AD near me have 3 of them right now.

Congrats on your Polar beauty! They must be hit or miss, the last one my AD had was in june, mine now. I have a friend calling all of the ADs around us now looking for either one without any luck.

You got lucky man! That’s the best feeling.

Don’t know why she sould say “I’m sorry I just have the white.”

Polar is just as great as the phantom.

Think she was just as excited as me..... she said it was delivered a couple hours ago and just been booked into inventory. I was the first one to ask

Sounds good. The only advantage buying in London Heathrow is the price.... it’d be very hard to beat

Wow...not sure I've ever heard that one before.

Anyway, congrats. It's a fantastic watch.
