From the pics, it looks genuine. Have it checked by a dealer if you are in doubt. I don't see how anyone could be 100% certain from those two pics. What's the story on the watch?

agree with John - the pictures are only half the story though be careful....

Could not agree more with you , it costs nothing to be courteous . Lets not forget he is even asking for a favour , if not to test drive a watch before it goes up on Ebay or something . So a brief introduction and situation sketch can would be a minimum .
He would even be welcomed by all of us .
