Is this Sea-Dweller Genuine

Well, like most of you, I dislike the requests for information on a watch accompanied by a single poor photo, but here I am doing exactly that. I have never really considered the Sea-Dweller before, but have seen this one on an obscure auction website. Could anyone please offer their opinion on whether this is a reference 16660 or 16600, and whether it is genuine. Irrespective of whether you can form an opinion based on the poor photo, could you tell me whether replicas of this watch are generally good or poor. If they are good, I think the risk is too high to even consider this without being able to see it in person.

Cheers

BTW, I'm aware that the lume pip is missing and this watch will probably need some level of restoration.

Irregardless if you don't have the slightest clue what you are buying, and even it looked REMOTELY gen, you'd hand them over thousands of dollars??
An obscure auction website?

C'mon, do you need us to really talk sense into you?

If you can't tell that that's a nasty fake then I think you should stick with ADs and trusted sellers.

Thanks to those that provided responses, especially those that went the extra mile and offered life lessons. I eventually got a response from the auction house they they were assuming it was a replica and the lot went for £230. I did not bid.

Better to ask here before than after purchase.
