new member ,just bought a tudor sub and got recommended this site by the seller,so will try to make sure my questions aren't too dumb,pic of my latest watch

I'm glad that you like the watch and that you have taken up my suggestion to join our forum. It's kind of busy around these parts but the members are a friendly bunch in the main.

Any Tudor questions are welcome to be posted in the main Rolex section. Perhaps one day we will open up a sub section devoted to Tudor, as we do with the Vintage and Watch Tech.

Hello Paul,
yes loving the watch and the forum,but the watch buying is getting addictive.....back on the watch ,its strange ,at first i wasn't sure of the size ,being used to bigger watches ,but i understand when rolex sub people say live with them a while and then you'll get it!(does that make sense?)

A 40mm sub will stand the test of time.

Even Rolex knows not to mess with that formula. The "supercase" designs of the 116710 and soon to be 116610 is still only 40mm, even though the added heft make the watch appear slightly larger.

One of our polls shows that the 36mm DJ is more desirable than the recent 41mm DJII and I'd agree after trying both on two months ago. The 116200 on a superjubilee just wears so well on my 7.75" wrist (though I didn't buy it).

Fashion comes and goes, a 40mm sub is timeless.
