Need help and advice please! Is this buy Legit?

Hello everyone,

I am about to pull trigger on a new Explorer 214270. I looked at chrono24.com and found a seller in Hong Kong with a brick and mortar shop. THey are listing it at US$5029 BNIB. Shop name is Phoenix Watch Compnay.
I have contacted the sellers and will be going to Hong Kong in 2 days to get the watch.
I have searched online and it states they have been in business for about 3 years. THere is not much reviews about this shop but they are listed as a trusted seller. I have also checked their website but it's not much.
I do believe they are grey dealers.

Please look at the attachment and let me know. Thanks so much.

Please help me as I'm sure everyone has been a first time buyer before and the jitters that sets in is crazy.

Their webpage is

You'll be ok, I have bought from Phoenix before. The only problem I had was finding the right entrance to the building. It's not a shop, more like an office.
