Enjoying the 5164R...

Hey Guys! First post on this side. Picked up the 5164r a couple weeks ago and love the weight, fit, and feel on my wrist. Patek does rose right too! Looking forwards to being on the board and learning from you fine gents. Cheers! Tom

It's a lovely piece. Comparing the rubber bracelet, I think Rolex wins on this one. Or I may have gotten mine a bit too tight for my liking.

Great piece , I sold my 5167r to get a 5711R when I got “the call” . Love the 5711R but I have to admit I miss the 67r. The strap is really comfortable on it - to have the time traveler function on 64 would be even better. Congratulations on a great purchase- you will throw stones at your rolexes now - ha! Warning! PP’s are addictive- enjoy! james in San Antonio

I enjoy them both, the oysterflex probably breathes a little better with those channels it has on the underside.

I'm definitely a fan of the thicker case, personally I think the 67 is just a touch thin. I did start with Panerai though back in the day =)

Addictive indeed, I wish we could keep them all! I had a 5980a back in the day (I think 20145), bought it for 37 and sold it for 34
