I won’t say I’m an expert on this reference at all but the listing does mention the dial is refinished and I would agree.
Case and movement doesn’t bother me as much as the dial, hands and bezel do. Movement parts watch, or I don’t care so I will wear the crap out of it watch, at best.

Dial is refinished/fake for sure. Idk about the case, I can't tell from those pictures.
