Do the lugs seem fine or I am overthinking this?

Looks like a nice example of a late 5513 Maxi. Case looks very fat, all good.

IMO, that would be an understatement. One lug got a LOT of love from the polishing wheel.

Agree.. Thanks to the new techniques, dings can now be filled in instead of polishing the case down until it's gone.

Nice 5513. Wear it. It is great. The two unpolished examples on the planet have been claimed. A watchmaker at some point over the past 40 years addressed a scratch. Great watch. Stop thinking about it.

i think it looks great, if one wants "unpolished" the local jeweler can sell new subs....
NOS vintage is not what this hobby is about for me
