Rolex handset, luminova I believe as they still glow some. The minute hand glows much less. They have been handled, they aren’t perfect. Good candidates for a relume imo. Packaged to prevent damage.

They do not all glow equally as long FYI, I will post a UV pic when they were in the watch.
