Montblanc 254 from the mid 50s

This is one of my favorite Montblancs. a 254 first introduced in 1955 and only made for about four years before MB discontinued all of the cigar shaped pens except the 149. The nib was called the "Flügelfeder" or wing feather nib and it is one of the best performing Montblanc nibs I ever found. The model did suffer from cap lip cracks but this example has none of them. It is a slip on cap unlike most other Montblancs.

The pen is piston filled and was fully serviced just two years ago.

From top to bottom: 50s 144, the 254 and a 264.

Price: $295.00 with free CONUS shipping and International shipping at cost.
