i would just let the pros (RSC) do it..before you make it worse...your not working on a casio or timex...not that those watch are not great...you could damage it....costing even more....i am saying this because you don't know what to do?

My AD actually had a tool that he would clamp the band into and then it would heat up and loosen the Loctite.
