My Tudor Chronographs

I have four already of these beautiful but imo under valued Tudor Chrono Time and Tiger chronographs. They are robust and very well made modern classics which eventually i hope will be more appreciated by collectors in the near future. Happy to have them all in my collection.

Fantastic collection. I didn't remember the Tudors with those colorful dials. I remember there was a two tone Tiger chronograph on leather I wanted at one time but failed to step up and get it...Congrats!!

I have the blue faced pre tiger version as well, also on the same bracelet as that, a really eye catching watch, I was thinking of selling it a couple of years ago after having it serviced but then decided I really wanted to keep it.
Don't laugh but I bought mine as a pre-owned back in 2004 for just ………..£560 when the seller , who had a buy it now price of £600, accepted my offer of £560 a few hours before the end of the auction and there had been no interest in it !!
It came with the 6 month old bracelet and the original blue deployment strap.

A brand new Tudor in a local Jewellers was about £1150 if I remember correctly.

The seller's description was as follows,

THIS LOVELY TUDOR PRINCE WATCH HAS A BLUE FACE AND IS ALMOST IDENTICAL TO ROLEX DAYTONA BUT WITH A DATE,TUDOR IS A BRANCH OF ROLEX AND THEY MAKE THE CASE,GLASS AND STRAP THE MOVEMENT IS A VALLJOUX 7750 SO IM TOLD.THE WATCH IS IMMACULATE AND COMES BOXED WITH GARAUNTEE AND ALSO THE ORIGINAL BLUE SHARKSKIN LEATHER DEPLOYMENT STRAP.THE STAINLESS ONE FITTED WAS BOUGHT IN APRIL 2004 AT A COST OF £190.00 (RECEIPT PROVIDED) SORRY ABOUT THE PICTURE BUT I HAD CAMERA PROBS.
SEE THE WATCH AT TUDORS WEB SITE
WHY BUY A DAYTONA FOR 4K UPWARDS WHEN IT DOESNT EVEN HAVE A DATE
IS ADVERTISED ELSEWHERE SO CAN WITHDRAW AT AY TIME
ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK
THANKS FOR LOOKING

You have a great collection. I owned one but I didn’t connect with it. I wasn’t fond of the rotor feel in the movement and the date font was slightly too thin imo. No regrets, great watches and I’m glad I experienced it.

Very nice. I would prefer it with the stainless bezel.

Fantastic. I keep waiting for tudor to reissue these or the big block. I have a feeling I’ll be waiting for a while lol.

Which AFAIK is the rarest of them all and was only released with a matching leather strap.

Congrats as usual for your amazing collection.

Congrats on a seriously handsome--and sporty--collection of Tudor chronos! Love the look and 'fun factor' of these watches. Hope you thoroughly enjoy them.

Congrats, love it. These chronos, along with the Tudor Subs, really are analogous to Rolex 5-digit models...perfect for individuals who find modern offerings (Tudor Black Bay and B01 chronos, or 6-digit Rolexes) a little to big for their preference. Wear in good health
