I think the OPs will be a hit, but personally, a bit too much colour for me. I like the more classic look of the Submariner, etc. The LV? Wow. It's a stunner! Quote:
The Submariner 124060 has the thinner profile, flat crystal, etc., but it still feels substantial with the wider bracelet and clasp. I think Rolex have totally nailed the size/thickness balance with this model. I know they're very similar, but for us watch fans, they can absolutely co-exist! No doubt about it, however, the Submariner will be getting the most wrist time. I will take some comparison pics when I get a chance... |

Looks good.
In the absence of a the old model for comparison the lugs still look very wide? Do you find the clasp length a bit too long and wide? Just interested in some feed back as I am thinking of a 126610

I was considering the SD43 for a long time, but it was just too thick for me. The new clasp looks and feels more like a SD43 clasp on a thinner watch - not sure if they're exactly the same. The SD43 has the diver extension, whereas the sub doesn't. Definitely try it out in person! It's not as big as some are making it out to be, but for me, it's just the sweet spot. I love it! Lugs are perfect, trust me! |

‘Game over’ ....... until the next one!
Congratulations it’s a beauty! Is it my eyes or does the white text on the new 12xxx series dials look a lot bolder & brighter than on the 11xxx series models?? Enjoy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well, apparently the newer models have an anti-reflective coating on the underside of the crystal. I'm not sure if the older models had this, but it could be why the dial looks clearer! |

Best of the new releases for sure. I'm tempted to put my name down for one
