Picked up an 114060 earlier this month from AD, and they left all the stickers on. Waiting on my bday to start wearing it (and taking it out of the safe), so peeling off the stickers then will be a mini unveiling of sorts.

Gray sellers will pay you more for your Rolex with stickers than without.

I always get a kick out of finding the smallest sticker months after the purchase.

ADs in my area (New York) are apparently told by Rolex they have to remove stickers.

No more stickers on new rolexes from AD?

How about ADs retaining the movement for a year? Remove the stickers, remove the movement, remove the warranty card. Remove the clasp. Then hand over the watch and a photocopy of the movement.

My AD took the stickers off my Pepsi and said Rolex told him he has to. Got to keep my warranty card though which was a change from when I bought my last one.

This was my first time actually buying from and AD and, in the excitement of getting the watch sized and being gifted a Wolf watch winder, I didn't even notice they had taken all the stickers off until I got home.

Previously, while reading reports of ADs taking stickers off instead of allowing customers to, I always thought that would piss me off. Ended up not mattering to me in the least.

Never forget: A Rolex is more than just a watch. It's also about the box, the papers/card, stickers, tags, booklet, and the newest item is whether the AD regards you as Rolex worthy. Tread carefully.

My AD has said, no watch leaves the store with stickers. If I want to remove them, no problem. I just have to do in the store. Since I live in a different state and have my watches mailed to me...The only stickers I have removes are the odd ones that they missed.

We are all WIS. The 98% of the rest of Rolex buyers want to go home with a properly sized and destickered watch.

That is something I discovered many years ago before this whole resale world kicked into gear, I wanted my stickers and my AD "back then" found it really weird, they offered to remove them and size the watch, I was like, NO!!!
They found it super weird as most all their customers really appreciated if the AD removed them.

Now it's the crazy world we live in, you are sooooooo lucky to be offered the opportunity to buy one that I wouldn't be surprised if soon they won't even offer you a box.
You must wear it out and get a digital warranty certificate registered in your name. Mark my words, this will be the future. Pay $15k for a watch and walk out with just a watch, no stickers, no box, no papers, no warranty card. You get your watch, a receipt, a digital warranty registration and everything else is on the Rolex website.

I was asked if it was ok for the stickers to be removed.

Given I usually wear the watch out of the AD I didn’t hesitate “thank you”

When I got my Daytona C in 2017, I was peeling stickers off it for days. I may still have missed a couple so if the ADs are doing that now, perfect!!

WIS ADs in the UK have explicitly been told by Rolex that they need to remove stickers before the client leaves the store - although I still find myself peeling off the rogue one or two a few weeks later!

It was a nice action from Rolex to support grey market. Like the new green card with no AD stamp on it.
