Apologies to the datejust

I just got a datejust 41 white. Was never interested in datejusts. More into the sports models. The subs, GMTs, explorers. Even the milgauss :) The datejust was only something I even considered after I experienced all of the others, including the oyster perpetual line. And now that I've got the DJ 41, I have to say, I feel like a bit of a moron. I love this thing. It is not something that should be an afterthought of all these other models. So to the datejust 41, I do say I'm sorry. I will no longer under-appreciate you.

That’s fine, but please just don’t let it happen again. Welcome to the club congrats!

I love my two 36mm datejusts. So much class, style and history behind the datejust. Welcome to the club!

The DJ was my first and second Rolex quite awhile ago, had zero interest in any sports models. Long gone now but when I got back into loving Rolex again it was the last thing I thought about until I pulled the trigger on a new 41 two years ago. It's one one of my favorites again.
Congrats to You!! The white dial is a fantastic choice. Enjoy!!...

Congratulations! Love the DJ lineup!
I’ve never seen the white dial in person… Is it a bright white? Or is it more of an eggshell/silvery? The other white dials I have experienced are the OP39 and sky dweller, and both of those are off-white/eggshell/silvery

Thanks guys! @richris1 the dial is a stark white. That's why I love it. I also was thinking about the OP39 white which would have been a re-buy. Love that dial also - it's just a diff look as you describe. Had a tough time thinking about paying the premium on it now given discontinuation.

Congrats! Such an amazing watch. My dj36 will forever be in the collection. Many who only chase after subs etc do not know what they’re missing.

Congrats and nice to hear. I love my DJ41 and wear it the most of any of the watches I own.
