Looks a bit bulky to me but then again, Panatime gears their straps more towards Panerai watches. Not bad though.

It seems comically thick. How high above your wrist is it where the keepers are? Half an inch or more?

how thick is that buckle? Looks very over the top, if that's the goal it is mission achieved. I have experimented with natos and straps, so Im open minded about this sort of thing, but I think the thickness here is too much. These "artisan" straps are insane, they stuff em with padding etc and it looks silly.

BMW back in the day, had a nice steering wheel. Good to grip, a tad thicker than usual ones, and that was it. Then they made the Msport version which started to grow with ever new model. If that wasn't enough came the super padded M steering wheel which has become so fat that in racing gloves you could barely grip it unless you have some massive hulk hands. This is what happened to watch strap thickness. Just too much. Doesn't work with the watch based on how brutal it is, but if you find it comfortable, that's all that matters. I think with time you will go back to oyster and love it.

Looks nice... Just seems real bulky to me at the underside of the wrist. I see a lot of people complain about the size of the glidelock clasp (which I love so I don't understand the sentiment), but from the photos at least, this looks MUCH bulkier.
