My god the UK ADs are so rude

Today I went into Rolex Bond Street the one near Green Park. I went to go and collect my deposit back because I ended up just buying the watch on grey and my do are those W&£kas rude. The girl Krystal I think her name is didn’t even acknowledge us we just ended up getting the refund from another salesperson. You lick there balls to get on a list and and pay money up front for a watch you might never get all to be treated like a beggar. F7£K ADs I know why people go grey now. You get treated with a good service and get the thing you want without waiting. I reckon even I had bought a datejust or PM at that store and spent more on other watches then I did then I have spent going grey I still would not have got the watch I was on the list for.

In all the years I’ve been buying Rolex watches I’ve never been able to get a lot of sense from any of the Rolex AD’s I’ve tried.

Ive ended up buying from the same ‘grey’ dealer for the last 15 years or so,mostly at much lower cost than AD’s-although granted that is not possible at the present time.

Never mind about the AD. It's not important.

What watch did you get?

Well her name is spelled wrong, so I’m not surprised.

London is not the UK. I do agree however that there is a larger proportion of less tolerant people living in London than 'up north'.

oh ive got stories of Rolex bond street. every one is awful. Its the worst AD I have even been in the the world.

I use to go in there for laughs just to see if they could top the rudeness from the previous visit. they never fail to exceed themselves

the last time i was in they refused to even consider selling me a Pt daytona. automatically said its a year wait.... they do have other stores all over the UK. One of the other WOS locations found one in a week for me.

I went to the Mappin and Webb branch just around the corner from there 2 weeks ago and the Asian lady serving me was very nice! They're also apart of the WOS group so that means 5 year WOS warranty on top of Rolex 5 year warranty!

I think though your grey would be cheaper even now based on the amount of added crap you need to buy to get a watch you may not get.

Krystal behaved impeccably being rude and dismissive she passed her training with flying colours and sent you away to come on here and share with us - she deserves a pay rise excellent service I would say

Wait, Krystal has balls?
Jk. So what watch did you get?
I also found the staff at that Rolex store to be just terrible. But had very pleasant interactions at the mappin and Webb, and wempe in that neighborhood.

Congratulations on your BLNR!

Too bad about the experience. BTW, is Krystal hot?

I haven't stepped inside for a couple of years, I used to go in to see the Basel models and they were pretty nice, but can imagine they have no patience with anyone anymore.

I'm a bit lost who was licking who's balls? In my experience there is no ball licking in the US required. So is this licking of balls a UK thing or specific to London?

There's good and bad everywhere. AD or grey market or resellers.... Point is, poor service can happen. Disrespectful service is can too, but its utterly unacceptable and anyone who runs a business would pay to know if one of their employees is acting like this.

At least you got the money back.
