My PAM 125 likes this, but is it OEM?
I have the chance to buy this 22/20 strap and a 22mm buckle. Is this real or fake? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No one can tell with those photos. Etsy has many fakes which look just as good as your photos.
I think you will need to examine parts with a loop to check the finish, like the Panerai logo, screw heads and so on. |

From who?
That may help. If from an AD then you are good. Some guy on the street then no. Let us know who is selling and that would help.

A vintage toy antique salesman from Sweden
Here are two pics. The one with the strap is my OEM strap, the other is the proposed buckle for me to purchase. Look at the texture at the base of the letters vs the smoothness at the base of the OEM buckle.
