take care and drink a lot of water and eat more proteins.

you may be dehydrated due to diarrhea, so I would suggest buying a lot of liquid IV to drink, and protein would prevent you from losing muscles.

Hoping my wife and 2 yr old son don’t get it since they were also exposed to him Mon-Tues and to me the other days.

I decided to leave my house and quarantine with my brother for the time being. Tough decision to leave the family behind, but it’s the only way I can be totally certain I don’t give it to them now.

Wish us all luck... I can only compare it to anticipating a hurricane and waiting for the advisories to see where this takes us.

On a lighter note I brought along my modded Seiko and left the others at homes. It’ll help me pass the time... literally.

Such crummy news. Wishing you and your brother well. I’m sorry to hear you had to leave your family to quarantine with your brother, but that sounds really smart and hopefully you guys can stay connected a lot while you recover speedily.

Goodmorning!

My night went very well overall. Woke up drenched in sweat at one point so I’m guessing I broke a fever but didn’t realize it.

My brother had a good night as well l, but did wake up with a headache that has already passed.

We both do not have fevers at our morning temp check, but we have a lil stuffy nose and light sore throat.

Thanks, Merle. He was a retired doctor and a very friendly neighbor of ours for 20 years.

You’re correct. The eyes are also most vulnerable.

OP, hope you have a speedy recovery.

Good luck.

It's so hard to trace back the source when it could have been yesterday or 2-3 weeks ago.

I've been in outdoor restaurants almost every week and have to wonder if I'll get hit with it. Lots of masks and distancing but still.

Hope your symptoms are light and resolve quickly.

Fortunately for most it is a few days to a week of feeling junky and it passed.

Did have a friend whose wife and son were positive and he hasn’t tested positive yet. Three weeks, three tests.

Wife’s symptoms went away and then came back for a day and are gone again. Odd duck this one is.

Hang in there! Are you doing daily follow-up calls with a nurse or anything like that? One of the most terrifying things about this virus is that you can be feeling better, then get knocked down really quickly without warning. That and you won’t necessarily feel short of breath even as you deoxygenate. Make sure to monitor your fatigue levels with activity as a proxy for this.

Good morning... so I got a lot of sleep, but it was a rough night.

Sweating outing the low grade fever, throat very sore & developing some chest congestion. Coughing here and there.

My uncle and cousin are both Dr’s and very well versed in Covid. I speak to them constantly, and I have a pulse ox to check my oxygen level and take my temperature regularly.
