5711/1P vs 5740/1G
Assuming you have a rare chance to pick only one at retail price, which one would you choose?

5990/1P for me if they ever make that beastly watch. It'd outweigh my Platona, and I'll love it.

The 5711/1p is basically the final Nautilus. The original of course.

My favorite within my collection...Patek’s history is ingrained in creating complications, they continued such with the creation of this watch. The execution is balanced and elegant. That said the 5711p is spectacular. I just wish it didn’t have the tombstone. I say this with first hand experience from my 5976. If you asked me what I would change about this watch...”tombstone” would be the first word out of my mouth without pause. In the end I love them all, but you are asking me to split hairs thus you have my answer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This one was a tough decision. It came down to the weight. 5740 wins for me.
