Snag one and then politely ask for a few back issues! Yeah, well I've got 10's of thousands of dollars spent at Rolex, they wouldn't, couldn't and shouldn't miss a couple.

Mark - sorta half serious

Yes, my AD gives me plenty of coffee and booze to open the floodgate.

I miss these BC-like threads.

And I do use it at my AD. They have lots of fancy perfume in there too.

The best paper towel I have used is at Tiffany’s though.

Strategy:

Ask for ceramic Daytona. Upon denial / usual 10 year waiting list response etc ask directions for the bathroom as likely to use in emergency since you have a bad dose of the runs and spent all morning on the crapper.

Continue to browse around the store whilst letting off some big ones and holding your stomach (maybe lean on the counter in distress for convincing effect). Continue browsing whilst moaning how the ceramic Daytona is really the only watch you want.

Maybe this will prompt the AD to open the safe, make the sale and get you the hell out of their store

Celebrate by doing cart wheels out the door whilst trying not to follow thru. Quite possible they will give you the warranty card so you never come back.

If it doesn't work, be persistent and crop spray around the store on each visit until they give in
