I can't believe that POS is still up!

And what's even worse is people who don't do their homework before bidding on it. I mean come on. 16 bids and $1030???
Who in their right mind wouldn't do their homework (serial is a dead giveaway) before even typing rolex in the ebay search box??

Anyone have contact in the News, or social networking gossip?

Seems to me that this "Ebay Condones Fraud" story is worthy of more eyes.

Actually, this is a good idea. I know someone in the research dept. at NBC Atlanta WXIA. I will give them a call and see if they are interested.

...it would appear that the counterfeit team has taken the weekend off, WORLDWIDE.

...several reports, INCLUDING some 'SPECIAL ATTENTION" reports have fallen on NO EARS listening.

...quite literally, I do not know where these folks are this weekend..

Is it because he is a power seller? Benefit of the doubt? Not a good excuse with the # of reports.

Can anyone here post a pic of the ebay page, so that if ebay removes it later, it can still be seen? Or can only links be viewed? I'm not PC proficient enough to do it.

I have a 463 100% positive rating and was once a power seller and they haven't responded to my report either.

coinedout is also on eBay as shcoins - Beware!

Reported as well, and I have over 1000 positive feedbacks....... This coinedout eBay seller seems quite arrogant!

Evidently also is on eBay as shcoins as well, with a combined feedback of over 55,000 so I guess at that level, eBay lets you "ride" when you list a fake for sale as the real deal......so beware!!

His comment "We have already cleared this with our Ebay account Manager, good luck" certainly shows he knows it's a fake, and that he doesn't believe eBay will end it. I would imagine that would make eBay a true "party" to the fraud being perpetrated and would not allow them to use as a defense they only provide the "platform".....

We need a few folks to report this to the US Department of Justice......perhaps coinedout has imported a number of these fakes, and the DOJ loves to take down these importers....recently did so to a local fellow here in CA who imported fake Tommy Bahama products....

Looking at this listing is like when you're walking down the street and you realise you have stepped in dogs***
Why is it still up?

The more I learn about eBay the more I`m convinced that it`s rigged,,,,,,,,glad I never set up an account with all the horror stories I`ve heard about Paypal too!

I`ll be glad to see this coin clown get some justice but the real problem will continue unless there`s someone out there with the clout to take on eBay and put a stop to the abuses taking place,,,,,,,,,,,,,I`m not holding my breath.

Because not enough people have reported it.

Are you serious? This has gone on WAY longer then most that are posted here. They usually disappear shortly after TRF'ers start reporting.

I know personally of at least a dozen reports not counting the ones here. It shouldn't take more than a couple reports to at least suspend a listing. eBay's system is broken.

Someone find another fake and post the link here to test your theory. You may well be right. Once the get it fixed they'll have to work overtime to catch up on all the reports.

It all depends on who the seller is, in a case like this it always takes longer.
