Speedmaster Back from Service, but...

I got my FOiS back from Omega today and received a very "official" looking card that listed out the work that was done and a red Omega service case. However, I was expecting to get a warranty card, too (I believe these usually have a 2-year warranty on the work). Has anyone else had a watch come back sans-warranty card? I have my AD looking into it as well.

Did the warranty card that came with the watch go with it to service and not come back? If not, the warranty for the service will follow the watch serial number.

I don’t think they send a physical warranty card, unless you sent in yours?

You can always phone the nice folks at the Omega Customer Service department via the toll-free number on Omega's web site. I'm sure they'll know how this works.

I did not send the original warranty card in. Maybe they don't issue a new one with a service. I have my AD calling Omega today so I'm sure I'll find out either way.

I've sent many watches in for Swatch Group full service and I've never recieved a new warranty card. They don't do that. They warranty their work for 2 years and the invoice of the work they've done is the proof.
