Got a New 722

Just got a 722 with bracelet. Thought i’d post some pics since I haven’t seen a lot of info about this model. 42mm and bracelet, very “notPanerai”.

Recently sold 2 Rolexes and a Jaeger so I was looking to maybe purchase 2 new watches. 1 more expensive and 1 for whatever was left.

I have had the 320 GMT before and was kind of thinking about Panerai again although it was a tad too big for my wrist.

Was looking at the 682 but as it turned out I bought another watch on a rubber strap first so I needed something else.

Went to the shop and tried on everything, found the 722 that just got delivered to the store and I am so pleased. 42mm, new bracelet which is very nice and it’s a Panerai.

First pic is of the 2 watches bought on Friday, 1 Panerai and 1 weird thing on a rubber strap:)

Needless to say...Friday was a good day!

Looks great! I love that they brought back the "crown guard" style bracelet.

Makes for a nice pair with your Aquanaut.

Did you try 723 44mm? What is your wrist size if you don't mind

Did not try 723, I have had a 320GMT 44 mm before and found it a little to big for me even though I liked it a lot.

Wrist size is 16.5-17cm. Sorry. Not good with inches :)

I have pretty slim wrists but I am 184cm tall so sometimes bigger watches still work, though I have found that I am most comfortable at max 42mm.

Any chance you could re-post the pics? I'd love to see them.

The pics are showing up now. I don't know if their server was down, or if my computer was acting weird before, since I couldn't see them last night. At any rate, great pics.

If you still have the watch, how are you liking it? I'm considering the model, too, but I've heard some concerning things about the movement. Firsthand input would be appreciated.
